- Room Reservation Procedure:
- It is the Hotel’s understanding that
individuals will make their own reservations by
calling directly to our Reservation Department at 617-482-1800 or by calling
Radisson Worldwide at 1-800-333-3333. In order
to receive your special rate, individuals must indicate that they are with
the IEEE International Symposium on Performance Analysis of Systems and
Software group (ISPASS 2009). Individuals responsible for making
their own reservations will be asked to guarantee for late arrival with a
major credit card. Should the individual “not show” or cancel by 4:00 PM
one day prior to arrival, the individual’s credit card will be charged, or
any deposit will be applied for the first night’s room revenue. The room
block is being held until Saturday, April 4th.
- Hotel parking information:
- Overnight parking for
guests staying at the Hotel is available for $31.00 self and $33.00 valet
parking
- Function parking is
available for your event at a charge of $14.00 self and $16.00 valet parking,
and is available one hour prior to posted start time of the event and one hour
after the posted end time of the event. Stickers will be available the day of
your event. Please note, this function parking price is NOT available for
overnight parking.
