Visa Information

The ISPASS 2026 conference will be held in Seoul, South Korea. Before traveling to Korea, please check whether you need a visa or can apply for the Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA). This depends on your nationality and the length of your stay.

You can apply for K-ETA through the official website. Please avoid third-party websites that charge additional fees. A K-ETA is valid for 2 years once approved, and it can be used for multiple entries.

If you are from a country not eligible for K-ETA or visa-waiver entry, you must apply for a short-term visa at your nearest Korean consulate. Please contact General Chair John Kim for an invitation letter to the conference and the business registration certificate, which may be required for your visa. When you request an invitation letter, please include the following information.
