Instructions for Preparation and Mailing of Final, Camera-Ready Version

The final, camera-ready versions of all papers are due NO LATER THAN September 28, 2001. Each paper must be accompanied by: 

A signed IEEE Copyright form (http://computer.org/copyright.htm). Proof of at least one full-rate (non-student) conference pre-registration. Please visit http://ispass.org for registration information. Extra page charges, if applicable @ U.S. $100 per extra page. 

A single hardcopy of your paper, single-sided and prepared in accordance with standard IEEE Computer Society conference 2-column format (see: http://computer.org/cspress/instruct.htm) must be mailed to reach the publication office NO LATER THAN September 28, 2001. The address for mailing all final, hardcopy papers is:

Page Limits and Extra Page Charges

Regular accepted papers (full papers) are allowed up to 8 pages in the conference proceedings. Papers accepted as SHORT PAPERS are allowed up to 4 pages in the conference proceedings.

If your paper exceeds the prescribed page limits, extra page charges (U.S. dollars one hundred, $100 per extra page) will apply. Please send your extra page charges, if applicable to:

Conditionally Accepted Papers

Authors of conditionally accepted papers must send a softcopy (postscript/pdf) version of their papers, to the program chair (pbose@us.ibm.com) and to any other PC member (as specified in the letter sent to them) by September 10, 2001 (LATEST: September 14, 2001). On approval by the program chair, the authors should follow the mailing instructions for the hardcopy as above.
