Information for PresentersThe primary means of presentation will be via
computer projection. ISPASS will provide an LCD projector, so you can
use your own computer using your preferred presentation program for preparation
of slides. (If you require other AV equipment,
please contact the organizers to check availability.) Instructions for Preparation and Mailing of Final, Camera-Ready VersionThe final, camera-ready versions of all papers are due NO LATER THAN January 15, 2003. Each paper must be accompanied by: A signed IEEE Copyright form (http://computer.org/copyright.htm) to be faxed to the Publications Chair, Prof. David August at (609) 258 1771. Proof of at least one full-rate (non-student) conference pre-registration unless the paper is a student-only submission. Please visit http://ispass.org for registration information. Extra page charges, if applicable, are due together with registration @ U.S. $100 per extra page. The final version should be prepared in accordance
with standard IEEE Computer Society conference 2-column format (see: http://computer.org/cspress/instruct.htm)
and must be e-mailed in PDF format to the Publications Chair, Prof. David
August. You will receive an email acknowledging within 2 days
of receipt of your submission. If you do not receive such mail,
please contact the Publications Chair to ensure your paper has been received. Page Limits and Extra Page ChargesAccepted papers are allowed up to 10 pages in
the conference proceedings. If your paper exceeds
the prescribed page limits, extra page charges (U.S. dollars one hundred,
$100 per extra page) will apply. Extra pages are limited to two
additional pages per paper. Page charges can be paid together with the registration and must be received by January 15, 2003 to ensure inclusion of your manuscript in the proceedings.
