The proposal should describe the title, names and affiliations of organizers, topic of interest and focus (an outline in the case of the tutorial), intended audience, motivation and purpose, expected attendance, proposed duration (half-day/full day), relationship to ISPASS, list of related workshops/tutorials at other conferences and brief bio of organizers. The proposal should be brief and approximately a page long. An email in text format is preferred.
